Key Account Manager Food Service (HoReCa)

Nordic Food and Kraft Heinz are looking for a Key Account Manager Foodservice (HoReCa) which has the primary responsibility to support the company in reaching its Foodservice and growth targets in Romania for the Kraft Heinz account and working on the expansion of the Kraft Heinz portfolio.

Reporting to FoodService Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build new commercial relationships: initiate commercial relationships with targeted new prospects (local customers).
  • Commercial relationship management: manage relationships and resultantly grow sales to local accounts.
  • Account management: work closely with Kraft Heinz stakeholders to grow the business as one team (including Foodservice lead, sales lead for region as well as cross-functional stakeholders in marketing, S&OP and finance).
  • Annual Operating Plan development: build annual agreements with customers covering pricing, new product and innovation listings, campaign developments and ensure implementation.
  • Drive growth: develop the food service (HoReCa) channel with innovation and trade marketing activities and identify and execute opportunities for growth.

Hard requirements:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience at a consumer goods company within the Foodservice sector.
  • Fluent Romanian and English.
